Amedeo Arena is full professor of EU law at the University of Naples “Federico II”. He is the Principal Investigator of the Project. His research interests include EU Legal History and other areas of EU law, such as EU Institutional Law, EU Internal Market Law and EU Competition Law.

Maria Eugenia Bartoloni

Università di Roma Sapienza

Maria Eugenia Bartoloni is full professor of EU law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Her research activities focus on various strands of EU law, including constitutional and institutional law of the EU, EU human rights, methods and reasoning of the European Court of Justice and foreign action of EU law. 

Mario Riberi

Università di Torino

Mario Riberi is associate professor of legal history at the University of Turin. He is the Substitute Principal Investigator of the Project. His research activities are dedicated to the history of justice between the 18th and 20th centuries, the role of local autonomies in the modern era, the legal creation of the Kingdom of Italy, and studies in Law and Humanities, focusing on Law and Opera, Law and Music, and Law and Cinema.
